Ben's World Adventure (GAME)

This time I have been creating the tile set sprite sheet of the game Ben’s World Adventure. For those who do not know what a tile set sprite sheet is. The sheet is basically all of the obstacles that a platform game has.

This is my first attempt at creating a tile set and I have not had the greatest of success with it. To help me in the creation I was using a template that someone had created for their platform game. I used this to have a visual way to help me in creating my own tile set.

In all it has taken me over 13 attempts to create a tile set that I can be proud of. The first attempt did not show any of the tiles it just showed a little bit of one tile. A later attempt I decided to add in some numbers so that I could work out where the problems where happening. This helped me loads but I still had one main problem and it took me along time to work out where the problem is. In the end it was a simple thing to fix. All I needed to do was add an extra layer of colour to create what looks like a single column on the left of the screen.
